Hi Friends!
I have been at it again. Love watching Mixed Media Monday with Tracy so here is my journal page inspired by this past Monday night.
The supplies used are older than my 9 year old son. Except the grunge letters, they are possibly 5 years old. Paper is ancient and embellishments are from the 90's. Trying to use stuff I have and boy does it feel good.

Hi Friends,
I am playing along with Paper Crafters Corner Magazine Monday again. Here is the inspiration cover. Week 33 link.

I chose to make a card this time. I used Waltzing Mouse Stamps to make my card. The stamp set seems kind of homemade to me. And I used Stampin' Up Watercolor crayons to color where needed.
I did use watercolor paper and mounted it onto a brown card. Hope you enjoy.

December 2013 Creative Dare
I have been having a blast following Tracy and learning new techniques. Especially helpful is going outside my comfort zone. Hard to do but love the results.
Here is my December 2013 Creative Dare with my 5 values.

I am not a big fan of hearts. I do like butterflies with all the flowers so here is a Marianne Creatable die cut out of a monster soda can. I used my big kick to do it. Nothing extra but the metal shim plate to help with pressure and a piece of wax paper. Easy Peasy.
Hope you all enjoy your month of December. Mine is off to a great start.
Water Color Journal Page
I have been playing along with Terri Sproul, and here is my version of the watercolor page.
And here are some close ups for the details.
Didn't have penguins the right size for this project so I opted for gingerbread men.
Look at the shimmer of that snow! I had the iridescent blue paint but hadn't used it yet. Thanks for the jump start! Love the glass beads ~ they just about glow on the page.
And this page wouldn't be complete without Santa riding off into the night.

Magazine Mondays ~ Week 32
I have been having some fun with the weekly magazine Monday challenges. Here is this weeks' info.
- See more at: http://papercrafterscorner.com/#/
I had crafting Tuesday at my house and I will admit I stole the idea from my friend Cindi about the Christmas theme. And I am so glad I did! I love how my page turned out.
And here are some close ups of the individual blocks.
Thanks for stopping by!

Balloon journal page
This my Mixed Media Monday journal page Thanks so much http://www.tracywburgos.typepad.com/ for great inspiration.
Stencil Journal Page
Once again I was fascinated with what Terri Sproul did on Tuesday night. Here is the art journal page I did for that challenge. I am thankful for time. Seems crazy I know but that is what I truly treasure every day.
I used many stencils with distressed inks, dylusions, paint and a stamp from a company long gone (Arizona Stamps, Too!). And I used my homemade stencil paste with the clock face stencil. So cool. Got the recipe for the paste here.
